Job Summary:

Has primary accountability for the delivery of high-quality clinical services to hospice patients. Assumes designated administrative oversight responsibilities in the absence of the Administrator and may report to the Chief Nursing Officer for administrative responsibilities.

Essential Functions:

Consistently uses an outward mindset and puts forth exemplary effort in accomplishing his/her goals and objectives in a manner that helps others to achieve their goals and objectives.

Demonstrates working knowledge of current regulations and standards including CMS, the Fiscal Intermediary, State of Michigan and other regulatory bodies and accrediting agencies. Appropriately delegates tasks to accomplish compliance and accreditation.
