About the Role
Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role ensures high-quality ABA service delivery through staff coaching, treatment oversight, and evidence-based group interventions.
Key Responsibilities

+ Support the implementation of ABA treatment plans and monitor service quality.

+ Observe, coach, and provide feedback to BTs/RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST).

+ Ensure compliance with HIPAA, BACB Ethics Code, and company policies.

+ Review documentation, data collection, and client progress.

+ Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

+ Complete required documentation and attend meetings and trainings.

Qualifications
Required


+ Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, or a related field.
