The Newton South Norfolk Area Office of the Department of Developmental Services is seeking a Clinical Coordinator. The area office is located in Walpole and covers 16 cities and towns; serving over 2,200 adults and children with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder. There are over 30 different providers contracted with the Newton South Norfolk Area Office. The Clinical Coordinator will facilitate and mediate multi-disciplinary meetings comprised of various invested stake holders which may include: families, agencies, hospitals, forensic teams, Service Coordinators, and other involved parties. They will be the liaison for community support agencies involved in crisis management. They will consult with clinicians and Service Coordinators regarding behavior plans and Positive Behavioral Supports, and participate in area office Risk meetings.
