Deputy Manager – Montague House

We are recruiting a Deputy Manager to join our dynamic team at Montague House, a luxury care home delivering residential, dementia and nursing care for older people.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold the values of Hamberley Care Homes and lead the care teams.
• Provide leadership, support and supervision for clinical and care staff as advised by the Home Manager.
• Serve on call duties according to the needs of the home and the Home Manager.
• Research, devise and deliver written and verbal training modules and workshops to improve care delivery within scope of practice and knowledge.
• Provide feedback to the Home Manager on areas of staff improvement.
• Support the Home Manager with clinically related aspects of the home, including assessment of potential residents, liaising with commissioners and stakeholders.
