Responsibilities

• You will oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
• You will create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up‑to‑date medication records.
• You will manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels are always maintained within the home.
• You will provide day‑to‑day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents’ independence, choice and dignity.
• You will build lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community within the home.
