Job Summary:

This position will support the following units: Internal Medicine and Trauma/Acute Care Surgery, with a PCU focus.

Responsible for assessing learning needs and learning performance/competence of staff in assigned clinical area(s). In collaboration with key stakeholders, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates education using best available evidence to meet identified learning needs of staff including but not limited to: onboarding, competency, regulatory education, supporting professional development, and just-in-time education. Acts in the role of collaborative partner and educational leader, facilitator, instructor, subject matter expert, change agent, mentor, consultant and advocate. Partners with System Educator-RN to identify and develop specialty-area education. Deploys Froedtert Health system education/programming at the local/specialty department level.
