As a **Clinical Home Health Specialist you will:**

· Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships.

· Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.

· Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.

· You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.

**Required/Preferred Experience/Skills:**

· Current RN or LPN/ LVN license **required.**

· Bachelors /Associates degree in Nursing or the equivalent generally preferred.
