Position Summary The Clinical Informaticist leads the strategy, implementation, and optimization of clinical information systems at Troy Regional.

This role ensures that electronic health records (EHR) systems support high-quality, efficiency, and compliant clinical care through the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT products.

This position collaborates closely with hospital leadership, medical staff, nursing, IT, and regulatory teams to bridge the gap between clinical practice and technology, ensuring alignment with operational goals, quality initiatives, and addressing rural healthcare challenges.

Additionally, the Clinical Informaticist integrates knowledge of clinical workflows with an understanding of data and analytics to develop solutions that resolve existing healthcare problems.
