 Responsibilities  Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate clinical training and supervision programs for nursing and care staff in assigned clinical areas. 
Develop, deliver, and assess classroom and clinical curricula to enhance staff competency and professional development. 
Conduct clinical teaching, supervision, elder care rounds, and competency assessments in compliance with SNB, AIC and organization standards. 
Evaluate trainees’ clinical performance, provide structured feedback, and prepare final assessment and evaluation reports. 
Identify learning needs, knowledge gaps, and competency issues, and implement strategies to strengthen clinical reasoning and reflective practice.
