Clinical Lead / Clinical Manager - oladoc

Oladoc is expanding its telemedicine operations and launching a high-volume video and audio consultation project. We are looking for a Clinical Lead / Clinical Manager to oversee medical operations, ensure clinical quality, and manage a team of doctors delivering teleconsultations at scale. This role is ideal for a senior medical professional who combines strong clinical expertise with leadership and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• MBBS (Mandatory) – PMC registered
• Postgraduate qualification preferred: FCPS (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Emergency Medicine), MCPS / MRCP, Diploma in Family Medicine or Public Health
• Valid license to practice in Pakistan

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience
• Experience in OPD / Primary Care / Emergency settings
• Supervising or mentoring junior doctors
