Your new role
You will take a senior position within a well-established clinical negligence team, managing a caseload ofplex, high-value claimant matters while supporting the wider growth of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a caseload of multi-track clinical negligence claims from inception through to settlement or trial

Handlingplex matters including birth injury, brain injury, surgical error and delayed diagnosis claims

Drafting detailed pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss
