Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Nottingham

Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience.

25 days' holiday + bank holidays.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Nottingham practice as its Clinical Negligence department continues to expand. The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to strengthen its specialist team and contribute to high-quality claimant work.

The Role

• Manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims
• Support Partners on complex pre‑litigation and litigated matters
• Investigate liability and assess medical evidence
• Instruct medical experts and gather key reports
• Draft Letters of Claim and other legal documentation
• Assess quantum and manage settlement strategy
• Work in line with CPR and Clinical Negligence Pre‑Action Protocol
