The Clinical Nurse C - Pediatric Dialysis Outpatient, is an experienced nurse and performs hemodialysis for pediatric patients with end stage renal disease with multiple comorbidities. Collaborates with nephrologists to ascertain patient compliance with treatment regime and educates patient and parents accordingly. Functions in a patient-centered care model of practice and performs the nursing process independently. Serves as a role model in patient care delivery methods and consistently demonstrates an advanced level of clinical practice, communication, and documentation.
