**Position Overview:**

Successful candidate will have educator or preceptor experience preferably in a Home Health environment.

Responsible for overseeing education, orientation, competencies and specialty training for the business line. Ensures clinical competency and technical training programs are developed and implemented. Works with subject matter experts, instructional designers and content vendors to ensure that the necessary content is developed or acquired to support appropriate delivery models for various topics, whether self-paced learning, class room, web based ILT, or a blended solution. Ensures necessary assessments and certification tests are implemented and timely completion is tracked.
