<p><strong>Purpose of the role:</strong></p> <p>The purpose of this post is to provide professional and managerial leadership on the Children’s Heart Centre, encouraging staff to develop clinical expertise for the benefit of staff and users of the service. The post holder is accountable, responsible and has authority for delivering a quality service and ensuring patient safety.
