This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Unit Coordinator, Senior Registered Nurse, Clinical Coordinator or Team Leader with New Zealand aged care experience who is ready to progress into a broader clinical leadership role.
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll work alongside an experienced Village Manager to lead the clinical team, ensure exceptional resident care, and foster a positive, supportive culture where both residents and staff thrive.
