Adventist HealthCare Home Assistance is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for our Silver Spring Territories who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Home Assistance (AHA) Clinical Nurse Manager you will:
• Oversees the management of some administrative and clinical staff to include, but not limited to interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
• Facilitate staff resources, coordination and implementation of clinical education and orientation of CNA, CMT, LPN, and RN Staff.
• Ensure the quality of aide services by conducting in home competency evaluations as needed and recertification visits every 45 or 90 days for active clients.
