Role Overview

Under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Director (CND), the Clinical Nurse Manager organizes and directs the day-to-day operations within the clinic, oversees clinic staff, and carefully coordinates clinic workflows to ensure services are provided effectively. The Clinical Nurse Manager is well-versed in people development, management, and RN-level nursing care.

This role is different because Clinical Nurse Managers at WelbeHealth:

• Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule – no weekends, no nights, and no on call, along with far less burnout compared to hospital management roles
• Work with purpose and have the opportunity to observe participant outcomes over time, rather than traditional roles that treat episodes...
