About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist – Thrombosis, you will provide expert clinical leadership, coordinate care across the continuum, and improve outcomes for patients with venous thromboembolism (VTE) requiring complex case management.

This is a 0.5 FTE position based across North Shore and Waitākere Hospitals, with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist clinical advice and management for patients with venous thrombosis.
• Coordinate and deliver safe, timely, evidence-based care.
• Work closely with haematologists and multidisciplinary teams in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
