<p>The purpose of this Clinical Nurse Specialist (Palliative Care) post is to enable delivery of an efficient and effective Specialist Palliative Care Service that meets the needs of all patients and desired outcomes in line with key national drivers - National Standards for Safer Better Healthcare (HIQA, 2012), National Clinical Programme Palliative Care and Palliative Care Services Development Framework (HSE 2023).
