About the Role
As a Structural Heart Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will;
* Provide advanced specialist assessment and management for patients undergoing structural heart interventions,
* Act as a primary contact for patients and families by offering clinical advice, education, and psychological support throughout the care pathway.
