• Facility: Mease Dunedin Hospital
• Location: Dunedin, FL
• Status: Full time, exempt
• Shift: 8-12 hour shifts; varies between 6 AM and 11 PM
• Weekend Work: Every other weekend
• On Call: No

Responsibilities

• Support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying, and resolving drug‑related problems to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction, and minimize costs.

Certifications & Licensure

• Required: Pharmacist, State of FL
• Preferred: Completion of ASHP‑Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferred: PharmD, Acute Care Experience
