**Schedule Details:** Monday through Sunday every other week (7 on 7 off), 7:00 am to 7:00 pm



The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

**Required Qualifications:**



+ PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy

+ New Mexico Registered Pharmacist - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy upon hire
