Are you a registered Pharmacist with a passion for helping others and an interest in applying your knowledge, skills, and abilities in a new and dynamic environment? We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Pharmacy department. In accordance with the organization's vision and values, this position provides pharmacy services to patients in Northern Health. As a member of an interprofessional team, this position assesses and recommends individualized treatments. Acts as the primary resource for drug information, education and provides expert advice to health care professionals. Monitors drug prescribing, distribution and therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal and economic use of drugs. Maintains workload records and statistics.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days, 08:00 to 16:00.
