**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Clinical Pharmacist Specialist** , you will be a critical, real-time medication expert embedded within our Emergency Department, providing immediate, life-saving pharmacotherapeutic interventions for our most acutely ill and critically injured patients. You will be instrumental in optimizing drug therapy, mitigating medication risks, and leading medication management during high-stakes emergencies, directly impacting patient outcomes during their most vulnerable moments.

Every day you will provide expert pharmacotherapeutic consultation and direct patient care during resuscitations, trauma activations, stroke alerts, and other medical emergencies, making rapid, evidence-based recommendations on drug selection, dosing, administration, and monitoring.
