Requirements
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
Licensed pharmacist in California
PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency OR PGY1 Residency with 1 year of ambulatory practice under a CPA OR 3 years of ambulatory practice with disease state management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and web-based platforms
