Position Overview
A clinical physiotherapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments, movement disorders, or chronic pain using evidence-based interventions. Their primary duties include designing personalized rehabilitation programs, performing manual therapy, and educating patients on injury prevention to restore mobility and improve overall quality of life.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviewing medical histories, testing joint mobility, muscle strength, and balance to diagnose the root cause of functional limitations.
Educating patients, family members, and the community on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
Referring patients to doctors and other medical practitioners.
Planning and organizing physiotherapy and fitness programs.
Assisting trauma patients with how to walk again.
Making assessments of patients' physical conditions.
Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
