JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC-RN) serves as the lead clinical study coordinator on research protocols. The CRC may also assist with additional protocols. Serves as a liaison between the organization, investigators, research sponsors and investigational subjects. Under the direction of an investigator, the CRC is responsible for the planning, implementation and oversight of a variety of clinical trials, maintaining compliance with all applicable institutional, state and federal regulations. The CRC's primary responsibilities are related to study management which includes supervising and educating the study team, subject recruitment and protocol implementation strategies, preparing study source documents, flowcharts and checklists, monitoring study team compliance and executing the research protocol clinical procedures.
