The Role We’re hiring a registered clinician to join our Clinical Safety team. You'll be responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving clinical safety concerns related to Heidi’s AI-generated output – working directly with customers and collaborating across internal teams to ensure issues are handled thoroughly and promptly. Ideal candidates are early in their clinical career but drawn to clinical safety, quality improvement, or the role AI plays in healthcare. Strong clinical reasoning, attention to detail, and curiosity about how AI can work safely with clinicians are essential.
