Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinating and scheduling clinic visits and collecting/recording data. This position includes comprehensive direct patient contact including pre-visit, during visit and post visit follow-up on referrals with a high-level of ethics and integrity.
+ Participating in program recruitment initiatives that include communicating with patients who have expressed interest in the program, prescreening activities, screening patients, assisting patients with pre and post visit assessments, and documenting patient enrollment statuses in collaboration with the TeleNeurology UPL Team.
