Responsibilities
- Manage a team of SLPs through regular one‑on‑one meetings focused on clinical coaching and mentorship
- Own and track key performance indicators (KPIs) including efficiency, quality of care, and documentation compliance
- Conduct evaluations and direct clinical sessions with an appropriate caseload to model clinical excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience Post‑Clinical Fellowship
- Previous leadership experience required
- ASHA Certified/Certificate of Clinical Competence
Preferred Qualifications
