**Description**

The Clinical Testing Senior Lab Technician (hair color) position will be primarily focused on formulation, product testing and in-vitro hair testing in our hair color lab.

All work must be executed in a scientifically sound, safe, and timely manner.

+ Executes work with excellence with mininal daily supervision.
+ Clarifies for understanding & prioritization and proactively updates supervisor on status and flags issues / help required.
+ Generates and records data on repetitive and routine experiments with excellence.
+ Proficient in calibration, use and maintenance of standard lab / pilot plant equipment.
+ Assists on making routine batches following defined protocols and routine equipment.
+ Conducts routine analysis on stability batches.
+ Conducts physical tests on batch samples vs defined specifications.
+ Develops knowledge of Company culture, resources, processes etc.
