Summary
The Therapy Clinic Coordinator is responsible for the overall operation of a specific therapy location. The Clinic Coordinator will also uphold to the responsibilities of the staff Physical or Occupational Therapist (see Staff Occupational or Physical Therapist job description for details).



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for monitoring and directing revenue and expenses, developing programs, assisting in recruiting staff and ensuring that quality patient care is being provided at a specific location.

Responsible for the day to day function of the clinic.

Oversees procedures, appropriate orientation and personnel training, and overall compliance standards and procedures at a specific location.

Responsible for the initiation and follow through of regular communication with staff and management.

Responsible for supervising, monitoring, and directing Therapists, Assistants, Rehab Aides, and students.
