About this opportunity

Due to continued growth and success in the region, we are looking for a Clinical Trainer who will provide education and clinical customer support of the iTero Intraoral scanner and CAD/CAM services to customers. In this role you are responsible for developing customer loyalty through clinical and educational customer needs assessment, workflow optimization, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and required customer follow up. You play a key role in supporting education and knowledge transfer, in-practice as well as remote Scanner trainings to our customers, internal stakeholders, and 3rd party commercial organization. The process includes interaction and communication with all customer facing functions to clarify all inquiries and development of medical education materials.
