Overview The Clinical Training Manager, Vascular - Aortic is responsible to develop, deliver, and reinforce clinical training programs to employees, distributors and/or customers that align with the goals of training for the assigned specialty. This role will report to Senior Manager, Training - APAC.
Responsibilities - Work closely with leaders within the Division, company functions and operational units to implement and ensure accuracy of content and consistency in clinical training priorities, processes, and structure.
- Support the structure for training to allow for global direction and alignment across specialties, while accommodating for local and regional regulations and needs.
- Consistently collaborate with regional training team to establish, measure, and meet training and development plan goals, and assist with training documentation as needed. This may require team meetings and calls outside of normal working hours.
