About the opportunity

The Department of Family Medicine (Halifax Site), Dalhousie University and Nova Scotia Health (NSH) invite applications for a FTE academic clinician researcher position. The Department seeks a FTE research commitment to develop or continue an independent program of family medicine/primary care research (a focus in medical education is considered an asset), including the pursuit of local, national, and international grant-funded research using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods approaches. The successful candidate will be granted an academic appointment at Dalhousie University and be an active staff member with the Central Zone Department of Family Practice, NSH, and the IWK.
