JOB TITLE: Clinician Support Agent

LOCATION: Deerfield, IL

DURATION: 6 Months

RATE RANGE: $24/hr.

SHIFT: 10pm-8:30am CST or 12:30pm-9:00pm CST



TOP 3 SKILLS:

• Associate degree with at least 1 year of customer service call center experience, or high school diploma with at least 2 years of customer service call center experience, preferably in the medical industry


• Prior experience in a healthcare environment, preferably with EKG interpretation, and proficiency in medical terminology


• Strong verbal and written communication skills, technical proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word), and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
