to oversee and manage the end-to-end property closing process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry and possess strong knowledge of property documentation, legal compliance, customer coordination, and registration procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete property closing process from booking confirmation to possession.
Coordinate with customers, sales, legal, finance, CRM, and banks to ensure timely closure of transactions.
Verify and maintain all property-related documents required for registration and handover.
Schedule and coordinate agreement execution, registration, stamp duty payments, and possession formalities.
