Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture
Design & Strategy:
Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures, defining the scope, tech stack, integration patterns, and HLD/LLD.
Decision Making:
Evaluate build-vs-buy options and document architectural decisions, explicitly balancing trade-offs, assumptions, and risks.
Quality Attributes:
Ensure all solutions meet non-functional requirements, including scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
2. Delivery Leadership & Governance
End-to-End Ownership:
Lead technical delivery through implementation, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with the agreed design.
Risk & Issue Management:
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks drive resolutions for complex engineering bottlenecks.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain delivery excellence by establishing and enforcing code/design reviews and engineering standards.
