This role helps support all cloud Kubernetes implementations and containerized application. This role supports critical customer applications that must be operational 24x7 with a 99.99% uptime goal. In this role, you will work closely with other engineers to support and migrate existing cloud infrastructure to standard Kubernetes architecture. You will be responsible for performing level 1 and level 2 support tasks and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our Kubernetes operations.
