Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 operational support for Windows Servers / Linux across AWS platforms
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS, and Windows clustering to ensure high system availability.
• Conduct scheduled Windows Server patching using WSUS, SCCM, AWS Systems Manager
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications on Windows Server platforms; perform OS-level diagnostics and performance tuning.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes through ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira) while maintaining SLA compliance.
• Apply CIS hardening baselines, remediate vulnerabilities, and maintain IAM permissions following least-privilege principles.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and use cloud CLIs (AWS) to automate operational and remediation tasks.
