YOUR ROLE - THAT WAITS FOR YOU

Provide end‑to‑end management and technical support for complex networking problems reported by customers on the Versa hosted platform.

• Help customers solve reported product and network problems of varied complexity
• Replicate customer issues in a lab environment
• Work with engineering team to replicate issues and test possible fixes
• Work on problems across all Versa Networks solutions
• Manage incident/ticket lifecycle
• Set up infrastructure
• Create knowledge articles
• Write bash/python scripts

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Solid knowledge of the VersaOne Platform (SASE, Security Service Edge, Advanced Security and Secure Network)
• Minimum two years of project implementation experience on the VersaOne Platform suite
