Responsibilities:
Be part of the client’s DMZ network infrastructure support team providing operations support and maintenance for core network infrastructure and providing expertise in supporting AWS cloud networking. Conduct troubleshooting, fault analysis, problem resolution, regular patching, performance optimization, etc. Manage and track incidents through to resolution, and escalating issues as necessary. Maintain and update documentation and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations as well as completeness and adherence to the required security policies, standard and guidelines. Provide standby support (rotation basis) to respond to critical incidents reported by users.
Requirements:
At least 6-8 years of working experience in Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), with comprehensive understanding of core networks, cloud networking and related systems. Has AWS operational experience in the capacity of System Administrator or Cloud Engineer. Certi...
