**Introduction**
As a Cloud Onboarding Specialist for Apptio’s suite of products, you will play a critical role in setting up customers for long-term success. You’ll be responsible for leading new customer onboarding engagements, driving initial adoption, and ensuring a smooth and value-driven deployment of the Apptio platform. You will act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase guiding customers through configuration, enablement, and early usage of the product. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless onboarding experience that builds confidence in the platform and sets the foundation for customer satisfaction, retention, and future growth opportunities
