Responsible for the after‑sales operation and maintenance of private cloud products, including service inspection, emergency fault handling, resource expansion, and version change;
Manage customer issues, continuously track stability risks and issues, ensure stable operation of the customer environment, and promote product improvement and optimization;
Identify the urgent and important events of the customer, timely pull the back‑end resources to promote the problem‑solving, reduce the impact of the customer's business;
Continuously accumulate operation and maintenance experience, accumulate SOPs, improve the technical ability and service level of the team, and provide high‑quality operation and maintenance services to customers.
