About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Technical Lead to support and guide a high-performing Cloud Operations team responsible for managing SaaS applications within a multi-cloud environment.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on operational excellence, incident management, cloud infrastructure, automation, system reliability, and team mentorship. The successful candidate will coordinate technical activities across the team while actively supporting production systems, software deployments, infrastructure improvements, and customer-impacting issues. This role does not have direct people-management responsibilities but requires strong technical leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
