Job Description

Our federal government client is seeking the services of an experienced Cloud Platform Analyst to join their team. This is a 2-year remote contract with 3 optional periods.Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Assisting with options analysis and recommending cloud adoption strategies tailored to both AWS and Azure platforms for IaaS, PaaS and SaaS cloud solutions.

Implementing solutions to validate recommended strategies, leveraging AWS, Azure, and containerization technologies such as Docker.

Preparing and analyzing detailed application requirements, including resource sizing, technical dependencies, interfaces, performance metrics, and redundancy.

Configuring and optimizing IaaS cloud services, such as AWS EC2 and Azure Virtual Machines, and implementing security controls to ensure compliance with the Government of Canada requirements
