Primary Responsibilities:
Drive team towards organization goal for TechOps Groom new members and coordinate communication with other teams Participate in the management and monitoring of all cloud infrastructure, including on-call coverage for 24/7/365 coverage of the platform Carry out production deployments, identifying and patching bugs and inefficiencies Building monitoring and reporting frameworks as well as tools used to streamline and automate tasks throughout the platform lifecycle. Troubleshooting critical production issues across the platform (AWS, Azure, Windows Server) and applications (Java Tomcat, Python, Perl) Provide Customer Service including escalated support for problems and issues Drive cross-functional teaming and collaboration within all business functions Develop and maintain automation for server and applicatio...
