• Welcomes the Executive Floor guests and ensures they are attended to i.e. presents menu helps with recommendations receives orders places orders and handles payments.
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
• Coordinates with Front Office and Housekeeping team regarding any guest requests.

Qualifications :

• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
