Facility Management:
β’ Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of all club areas (gym floor, locker rooms, pool, spa, studios, etc.).
β’ Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors for repairs, servicing, and facility upgrades.
β’ Ensure all equipment is in working order and regularly serviced.
β’ Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety, sanitation, and emergency protocols.
Club Operations:
β’ Manage day-to-day club operations, including front desk, membership, and fitness staff.
β’ Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high operational efficiency.
β’ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve revenue and retention goals.
β’ Manage inventory and procurement for club supplies and consumables.
